My wife and I have bought and sold through Fran and will definitely be calling her for any future real estate needs. Fran used every Avenue possible to get our house sold and seemed to almost always be available for our endless questions. We listed our house right when interest rates had increased. There were several other house listed in our neighborhood. They were getting very few showings. We listed with Fran and had steady showings until we received an offer and ultimately closed. The other homes still had not been sold. We also used Fran to show us multiple properties over a long period of time(2-3 years). Ms. Fransworth is the best out there. I’m a local mover and she had contacted me to assist in moving one of her clients. Today we showed up to move her client only to find she was no where near ready to move. Closing was at 2 and the house was not packed, cleaned or ready to sell. Ms. Fransworth kicked it into high gear, rolled up her sleeves and helped pack the house. I know she can’t (nor should) do this for everyone but her client was an elderly lady who was overwhelmed. Most people would have cancelled closing or maybe even lost the sale all together but with out of town buyers in town she made it happen. At the end of the day the house was packed, closing went through and the deal was done. In the moving business I have seen people no where ready to move but this was the first time I’ve seen a realtor step up to make it happen.
